A good friend introduced me to Andrea the other day, and the food is exquisite. We had the beef fillet as the main and artichokes as the starter. Food photos will be taken on a follow-up lunch and uploaded. Andrea is the owner and chef and is lovely to talk to, very attentive to her customers. Overall, the ambience was very pleasant and welcoming with very nice decor. Her team knows the menu and the flavours well & and is a fabulous addition to what makes the restaurant tick. Highly recommended and now a firm favourite.
We walked around town and checked out all the spots and landed here. Super happy we did- amazing food, wine and services :)

I never use the racism card as I choose to believe people’s good intentions and heart but unfortunately I can’t shake this feeling. It’s my third time in adstringia and each time I stay for a week and we tend to eat out every night. Every time I tried to get a table at Lá Andrea, on my own or accompanied of my husband, we were refused with the excuse they were full even though we could see perfectly well many empty tables. Before you come to their defence, as I’ve also done when my husband disbelieved they were full, each time we walked past after having eating somewhere else, nearly tolice to close, the same tables were still empty. I would never mention it or make such a hatred accusation if I wasn’t really certain. There were 5 occasions when I was present and we were refused and two we got the table but I had to arrive after everyone had been sat and in both occasions I felt rushed and ignored and one of the time they even forgot my order. I have to say O won’t be coming back. All my experiences, either when I got a table or not, where horrible. The waitresses are rude, smoke and talk on their phones by the entrance while we are left waiting to be served or is refused table due to being busy! I would never recommend to anyone. There are many nice places in the island to be bothered trying to give them a chance!
